    The cut-off date does NOT mean we do not accept any more orders. It means that your orders after that date are NOT guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas and New Year Day.

    Every year, when it is close to Christmas Holiday, the number of orders increased by a large margin. This put a heavy burden on our staffs and overload our limit. Because of this, we are unable to fulfill the production time at the normal rate, which is 2-5 business days. On those days the fulfillment time increased to 3-6 business days which put a big delay in sending out the goods for orders. Not only us, but the shipping carriers are also overloaded too, and in turn, the shipping times are extended. So to make sure that we can meet our dear customers’ expectation, we have to put up a Cut-off date.

    We can guarantee that orders before the cut-off date will be delivered before Christmas day. This is important because most of the orders in this season are meant for the Holiday.

    For orders that are placed after our cut-off date, there is still a chance for them to arrive before Christmas. But we want you to expect the worst, in which there might be some issue, that the goods cannot be delivered on time. It is so that you can prepare for plan B and won’t be utterly disappointed in case we won’t make it in time.

    This is a Made to Order Item. Each stage to create any products is totally assembled and completed by handmade for your order! These processes start as soon as your order which is placed, the processing time is 2 - 5 days in daily basis and can be up to 9 - 11 days during the holidays

    1) Do you ship to my Country?

    2) How do customs fees apply to International packages? 
    All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
    3) How do I report a missing or lost package?
    Tees Merchant store will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.

    If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: ductheteesmerchant@gmail.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.

     

    TRACKING

    An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers).

    SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

    Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

    SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

    Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

    ADDRESS CHANGES

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

    CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DELAYS

    Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which is out of our control.
